Gold's Factory USA introduces their Element line of tour putters. The Blue Ice putter is based on 2 different Gold's Factory head shapes, the GF01A and the GF01B. The difference between the two is that the GF01B has no cavity in the back creating a more solid feel (see pictures 5 ans 6 above). Both shapes have a sharper heel and setup up wonderfully from above.
The Blue Ice is forged from expensive Japanese S20C steel and features a SUS303 Premium Zone Milled face insert. The Blue Ice series is finished in a White Chrome which gives off a tint of blue. The top line and top view has been buffed to reduce any glare.
Head weight is a nice and heavy 365g thanks to 4 x 12mm tungsten inserts, 2 in the face and 2 in the sole. The Blue Ice also features the new Gold's Factory Endmill logo mark on the sole and a G Mark covered in blue Paintfill on the back. Top the putter off with a white Iomic grip and you have one cool performer!
All Gold's Factory USA putter heads are hand picked heads by putter master M.Sasaya of Gold's Factory who deems them "Tour" or "Prototype" worthy. They are chosen for their feel and consistency of forging and overall balance and weight. All Gold's Factory USA putters are hand engraved, and then finished and assembled by M. Sasaya. These premium designs are individually numbered limited editions and once sold out will not be produced again by Gold's Factory USA.
